Week 3 (13 July 2020 - 17 July 2020)

It's the third week of my internship and everything was great. I continued helping Mira to make calls and attendance taking for the Protege Program. During this week, I learned how to prepare and send the marketing products (Protege box and Team Works box). When the listed companies interested in Learning Edge's programs, we will send them an introductory box, consist of a name card, brochure, sample activities, and sample modules of the program offered. Fahda taught me how to choose and use courier services, and how to contact and deal with them. From these tasks, I learned how great teamwork and well-managed customer service create good results.
It was indeed a hectic week for the Business Development team so I helped Aidil and Mira in editing Vellsoft (training modules file) by transferring it from Microsoft Word to Pages. These training modules will be uploaded into the company's Learning Management System (LMS) called Learning Edge Academy and can be accessed by the participants that train under our company.

When it came to calling, she did require a bit of guidance in the start but once she got the hang of it, she delivered the results we wanted. Hopefully it has given her the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to a complete stranger.
